The Getty and Malibu

Off to the Getty in West Los Angeles.  This was a crystal clear day and that's the California coast way in the background....an Catalina Island way, way off in the distance.  We could see for miles on this Saturday and we spent 2-3 hours enjoying the grounds, and the art galleries.  And the price was right....$15 to park and then the whole place is yours to enjoy!  We had lunch at the Restaurant (yes, that's the name) and then decided to head over to Malibu for the sunset and dinner at Gladstones.  It was a great way to spend the day with my best friend!

December 2012 in Tennessee

We had a chance to spend 11 great days in Tennessee with Kari, Dylan, Jaxon and Kazen to enjoy the Christmas holidays!  We spent the first two days in Chattanooga doing the Polar Express (or what we thought was the Polar Express!).  It was fun and the boys did have a chance to be tucked in to bed by two elves.

We then traveled back to Paris Tennessee to stay with the kids at their house.

Gramps and Mema also had some "break the rules" nights with the boys as K and D went our for a night on the town!

 

 

We just had a blast!



It was a great Christmas and great visit!  Can't wait to head back!
